Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled on the same day that the order was placed. To cancel an order, please send an email to the company's address: [email protected].

Product Return, PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If the Buyer is a consumer according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their commercial or professional activity), the Buyer (consumer), without providing any justification, may exercise their right of withdrawal. In accordance with the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods, by submitting a written request to Silk Passion by G via email: silkpassionbyg.com, regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
If the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal in time, this Agreement is terminated, and the Seller must refund the amounts received from the Buyer to the bank account specified in the withdrawal application, or using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the original transaction if the Buyer did not provide an account number in the withdrawal request.
If, at the time of the order, the Buyer clearly expressed the desire to receive the goods using a delivery method that is not the Seller’s cheapest standard delivery option, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer for any additional delivery costs.
The Buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned by post or parcel machine due to their properties, the Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods.
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
• The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging;
• The product must not be damaged;
• The product must not have been used, the shipment box must be preserved, and the product must retain its original appearance (the product should not have changed color, been washed, or altered in any way) (this does not apply to a product that was damaged at the time of delivery, for which the Buyer made objections when confirming receipt);
• The product must be returned in the same condition it was in when received;
• The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of a product if the return deadlines were not adhered to.

Refund

Initially, the Buyer will be offered an exchange of goods, but if the Buyer requests a refund, it will be processed according to the customer’s request using the refund method specified in the withdrawal (payment card or bank account payment).
Silk Passion by G commits to refund the amount paid for the goods to the Buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the Buyer’s withdrawal notice is received by email and the date of the product return.
